Essential GCP for Sponsors – Now updated to ICH GCP E6(R3)
- Essential Good Clinical Practice for Sponsors Online Training, for those with no current GCP training, and for those needing an update and refresher.
- Based on the sponsor responsibilities laid down in Section 3 of the ICH GCP E6(R3) guidelines as well as some of the key investigator responsibilities.
- Includes a section on data handling and key points of data governance as provided in section 4 of the guideline.
- Covers the basics of essential records as provided in Appendix C of the guideline.
- Users can choose between a narrated or read-only (no sound) track.
- The training is divided into key sections, each with interactions.
- Quick 50-question test at the end of the training confirms knowledge.
- Those who attain the 80% pass mark will receive certification.
- Test answers can be reviewed and the incorrect answers in the test retaken.
- Takes around 1 hour.
- Valuable e-resources in the course include a Guide to Consent, an Essential GCP book and a copy of the ICH GCP E6(R3) guidelines
Course Cost
The individual price and small group price for access is £100 per learner, plus 20% VAT (tax).
However delegates from outside the UK but within the European Union (EU) will not be charged VAT if they supply their own company’s national VAT number when booking. VAT will not be charged for any delegates coming from outside the EU.
What's included
- This course is operated by our partner company Brookwood Global. Once you have booked, we will pass your details to them, and they will set you up for access to the course.
- Each delegate will have a 2-month period, from their registration date, to complete the whole course.
- No certificate is issued until the course is completed in full.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque, electronic transfer, credit or debit card. Course registration will follow soon after payment has been received.

Based Outside the UK
If so, be sure to pick the ‘Tax Exempt’ options in the payment method list when you are making a booking. If you are based in the EU then you must also enter your VAT number to qualify to be exempt from VAT.
Assessments and Certificates
The course has an assessment (quiz) at the end. After successful completion of the course, a certificate will be emailed to the delegate.
