Why choose the Positive Intelligence mental fitness programme

Most trainings, result in short-lived improvements. For sustained results, our programme focuses on building neural pathways that form lasting new habits. That’s why we call this “mental fitness.”

Every day, your mind sabotages your performance, well-being, and relationships. All of your negative emotions, including stress, frustration, and anxiety, are the result of this self-sabotage.

The programme begins with the identification of our habitual saboteurs through a short online assessment.   Saboteurs are the “voices in your head”, the mindsets, that generate stress and negative emotions in the way you handle work and life’s challenges. They sabotage your potential for both happiness and performance.

The 9 saboteurs that impact on how we think and feel.

The 9 saboteurs that impact on how we think and feel.

Learned during our childhood, by the time we are adults, these patterns of thinking, feeling, and reacting have become hard-coded in our brain through neural pathways.  When our neural pathways are triggered, we are hijacked by our saboteurs and instantly feel, think, and act using their patterns.  Positive Intelligence gives you the tools to identify and stop self-sabotage at the source.

The initial 8 weeks of the programme focuses on identifying and understand our saboteurs, and in the second 7 week period we focus on how to our newly learned skills to bring about positive change.

Our version of this programme is focused on pharmaceutical quality professionals and has been adapted to support participants from this sector.  Whilst the main messages of the programme are generic, the cohort undertaking each programme should be from similar backgrounds, and will be able to share their experiences with others.

The programme is run by Linda Ambrose, a former Quality Director and Group Manager of the MHRA’s Inspection division, who is a licensed Positive Intelligent coach and experienced coach and mentor to senior individuals in regulated industries.
