Course Overview
Developing a structured organisational approach for the adoption, implementation and use of Artificial Inelegance technologies in a GxP environment. An interactive, tutor-led virtual training course, presented using our live on-line interactive platform. Attend from anywhere in the world.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly being used in the world around us, and it is only a matter of time until its use starts to be formally adopted within the pharmaceutical industry. In many cases it is already been used, albeit informally and possibly “under the radar”, especially with the creation of new documents, analysis of data and for researching information, that might then be used to make decisions. Increasingly, most standard packages, such as Word, Google and X have “AI modes” enabled within them, meaning that AI use is encouraged when trying to find information and create solutions to problems.
This course provides an introduction into Artificial Intelligence (AI), the industry regulations and guidelines and the regulatory expectations for preparing a structured organisational approach for the adoption, implementation and use of AI technologies in a GxP environment. The course will focus in how to establish workable policies for how to use AI within a regulated setting, whilst ensuring that any confidential company data and information remain confidential and within an organisation.
The course will be of value to auditors, who will increasingly encounter the use of Artificial Intelligence within the GXP environment, and will need to check that sufficient safeguards and policies are in place when it is used. In addition, it should be of value to Quality and IT personnel who need to establish their own AI policies, including on AI governance, structure, framework, monitoring and management.
