Terms and Conditions

Inspired Pharma is committed to being a trusted and responsible partner for all of its valued customers and contacts. This means that we are committed to operating in an open and transparent manner and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. If you decide to buy any products and services from us the details below are the terms and conditions that apply to any purchase that you make unless we have explicitly agreed otherwise.

Public and In-company courses

Unless we have agreed specific payment terms with your organisation we have to insist on payment in advance of the course. If payment has not been received by the course start date, we may not be able to let you join the course. When you book your course you will be sent an invoice shortly afterwards and to avoid any disappointment please pay promptly.

Transferring or cancelling courses

You can transfer your place on the course to a substitute delegate free of charge. In the event that you need to cancel or change the dates, the following charges will apply:

  • Cancellation 28+ days before the course – free of charge.
  • 27-15 days before the course – 50% of the course fees.
  • Cancellation 0-14 days before the course – 100% of the course fees.

 Online courses 

Unless we have agreed specific payment terms with your organisation we have to insist on payment in advance of the online course. Within 24 hours of payment being received an email will be sent with login details to access the course. You will be notified how long this course will be available for you to access. Taster courses showing the style of the programme are available to access prior to any purchase and therefore refunds will not normally be made.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

Courses held in the UK will be charged with an additional 20% VAT. This can normally be reclaimed back from the UK Government by most organisations. Delegates from outside the UK but within the European Union (EU) will not be charged VAT if they supply their own company’s national VAT number when booking. Delegates from outside the EU will not be charged VAT. Courses held outside of the UK will not be subject to a VAT charge.

Inspired Pharma shall retain all right, title and interest in and to all Intellectual Property Rights or other proprietary rights owned by Inspired Pharma the use of which is necessary for or incidental to the provision of any course or services provided.  This includes any documents, training guides, instruction manuals, drawings, diagrams, videos or any other materials provided by the Company in connection with the provision of any course or services.

Inspired Pharma hereby grants to the Client a licence to use such materials solely to the extent necessary for the Client to undertake the course or receive the services.  The Client shall not copy, reproduce, sell, licence, distribute, publish or otherwise circulate any such materials except with  Inspired Pharma’s prior written consent.
